Soldi Fire and Risk provides independent technical advisory support on fire safety and construction phase risk for complex projects internationally.
The business operates through two Group entities. Soldi CDM and Fire delivers UK based advisory services. Soldi Fire and Risk supports international projects, with an active presence in the Texas Triangle and work undertaken globally where appropriate.
Our role is advisory only. We provide independent technical challenge, early risk identification, and decision support on complex new build and major refurbishment schemes where fire safety, buildability, programme risk, and operational constraints must align.
All services are delivered in accordance with local jurisdictional requirements and, where required, in collaboration with appropriately licensed in country professionals.
What We Do

We provide independent technical advisory support in fire safety, construction risk, and life safety strategy for selected projects internationally.
Our role is to support clients, project teams, and local professionals by reviewing risk, testing assumptions, and improving clarity. All advice is advisory only. We do not undertake design, certification, or statutory sign off. Services are delivered in coordination with appropriately licensed local professionals and in line with local Authority Having Jurisdiction requirements.
Our work aligns with relevant local frameworks, including NFPA, IBC, OSHA, UK fire safety legislation, and equivalent international standards, depending on project location.​

Fire Risk Advisory
Independent technical review of fire safety risks within existing, refurbished, or developing buildings.
This includes assessment of operational risk, construction phase risk, and life safety considerations to support informed decision making.
Fire Strategy and Code Review Advisory
Independent peer review of fire and life safety concepts prepared by local design teams.
We test assumptions, identify delivery risk, and support alternative compliance discussions without providing design or approvals.
