Soldi Group provides independent consultancy in construction risk, fire safety, and CDM under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015.

We work with councils, public sector bodies, healthcare providers, developers, landlords, and institutional asset owners responsible for complex and regulated buildings.

Our focus is on live projects and real buildings. The work is practical, risk led, and grounded in delivery rather than generic compliance or paperwork.

Since 2011, we have supported clients across the UK with clear, proportionate advice that reflects how buildings are actually designed, built, refurbished, and occupied.

Our work sits at the point where regulation, construction, and fire safety meet.

This includes:

  • Fire risk assessments for complex and higher risk buildings

  • Fire strategy for new, existing, and listed buildings

  • CDM 2015 support for clients, designers, and contractors

  • Independent expert witness and advisory work

We are often appointed where projects are constrained by existing structures, heritage status, live occupation, or heightened regulatory scrutiny, and where clear, defensible advice is required to move projects forward safely.

We provide independent advice that stands up to scrutiny.

This means:

  • Early involvement where risk is set, not just managed later

  • Clear identification of risk, duty, and responsibility

  • Practical solutions that can be delivered on site

  • Written outputs that regulators, clients, and courts can rely on

We work alongside project teams, not above them, focusing on keeping projects moving without compromising safety or compliance.

Our clients manage large and diverse property portfolios, including hospitals, schools, universities, public buildings, and residential assets. These are buildings where failure is not an option.

We deliberately avoid competing at the low cost end of the market. Our work is specialist, risk led, and driven by experience rather than volume.

Our work is centred in the South of England, with a strong focus on London projects involving existing and listed buildings.

We also provide limited advisory support to selected international projects where specialist fire strategy input is required.
