We work alongside appropriately licensed local professionals to align with local codes and requirements, supporting rather than duplicating their role.
Our capability covers fire strategy advisory, compartmentation and passive fire protection assessment, construction risk advisory, and peer review and due diligence for acquisitions and development projects. We support projects across the United States, the Middle East, and Asia, taking instructions on a selective basis where we can add genuine technical value to local teams.
We do not operate as a volume practice. Commissions are taken where independent, experienced advisory makes a material difference to outcomes.
