Soldi CDM and Fire is a specialist fire engineering and building safety consultancy operating across London and the South of England. We work with local authorities, public sector estates teams, and developers who need independent technical advice on existing and higher risk buildings.
Our services cover fire strategy, RIBA stage 4 reviews, compartmentation surveys and remediation, CDM principal designer appointments, and Building Safety Act compliance support.
