Riverside Leisure Centre Exeter
Fire Compartmentation and Fire Strategy
Soldi CDM and Fire were engaged by Exeter City Council to deliver a fire compartmentation survey and fire strategy review for Riverside Leisure Centre.
The building had no existing fire strategy in place, so our scope extended beyond review to first-principles development: producing compartmentation drawings from scratch and establishing a baseline fire strategy for the site. This was supported by a fire door survey report, incorporating and cross-referencing findings from an independent fire door assessment to give the Council a single, consolidated view of compliance across compartmentation and door provision.
The output gives Exeter City Council a clear, evidence-based understanding of the building's current fire safety position and a defined basis for any remedial works going forward.
