Soldi Group acted as Principal Contractor (PC) and Principal Designer (PD) across a portfolio of Co-op stores in the South of England, delivering full CDM compliance and developing the complete fire strategy from design through to handover.

Working directly with Co-op’s estates team, we coordinated all health and safety files, managed principal contractor duties on live trading sites, and produced detailed fire risk assessments, compartmentation plans, and evacuation strategies that met both regulatory demands and operational continuity.
