Soldi Group is acting as Principal Contractor for the fit-out and FF&E delivery of the new Canada Water Leisure Centre, a major public facility commissioned by Southwark Council as part of the Canada Water masterplan.

Our role covers the full internal works package, including a competition-standard swimming pool, sports hall, fitness studios, fully equipped gym, and accessible changing areas.

We’re managing CDM compliance, FF&E logistics, and coordination with the wider project team to deliver a modern, inclusive space focused on community health and wellbeing.
