Soldi Group provided Principal Designer support services for Morrisons’ new distribution facility, working as part of Turner & Townsend’s project team. Our involvement covered full CDM advisory input throughout the design and construction stages. Alongside this, we supported the client and lead consultant through project completion, managing key commercial and programme close‑out activities. This included final account resolution, critical path review, delay analysis, and risk mitigation.

Our role extended to hands-on project supervision, working closely with stakeholders to keep the build aligned with operational needs and commercial expectations.
