Soldi CDM and Fire supported the delivery of several mixed-use roadside schemes across the South and South West, providing fire safety and compliance audits throughout design and construction.

The projects combined food retail and drive-thru units for national operators, with our team assessing layouts, fire strategy and FRAs, compartmentation, and CDM compliance.

We worked from concept through to completion, reviewing fire safety measures, coordinating with design teams, and verifying compliance with operator standards and local authority requirements.
