Soldi Group was appointed as Principal Designer by Southwark Council for their new public leisure project. Our role focused on managing design risk and CDM compliance from pre-construction through to completion.

Working with the design team, we identified and addressed hazards early, maintained live risk registers, and integrated health and safety requirements into every stage of the project.

This work supports the Council’s wider programme of upgrading leisure facilities across the borough.
