Dulwich Leisure Centre
Fire Compartmentation Survey
Soldi CDM and Fire was appointed to undertake a fire compartmentation survey at Dulwich Leisure Centre on behalf of the London Borough of Southwark.
The commission involved a non intrusive inspection of accessible areas across the basement, ground floor, and first floor, including service routes, plant areas, circulation spaces, and key compartment interfaces. The scope focused on the continuity of fire resisting construction, service penetrations, structural interfaces, and fire resisting door and glazing elements.
The survey provided the client with a clear, structured overview of the existing compartmentation strategy as observed at the time of inspection. Findings were presented in a practical format to support asset management, maintenance planning, and future remediation works where required. The report also set out clear next steps for verification, intrusive inspection where appropriate, and coordinated works planning.
This project demonstrates our experience working within live public sector buildings and complex leisure facilities, delivering structured fire safety information that supports informed decision making, compliance management, and long term building safety planning.
