Canada Water Leisure Centre

Soldi CDM and Fire is engaged under a rolling service contract to provide independent fire door inspections for Southwark Council at Canada Water Leisure Centre.

The service covers statutory compliance, certification reviews, and signing off installations in line with current fire safety regulations, with quarterly inspections carried out throughout the year.

Fire doors are a building’s first line of defence in an emergency. If they’re not installed and maintained correctly, escape routes can fail and liability falls directly on the client. Our role provides assurance that legal duties are met and that the building can operate safely and compliantly.
